Articles of Incorporation The Articles of Incorporation is the cornerstone upon which the corporate entity known as the California Association of Dianetic Auditors is based. Our Articles of Incorporation are as sacred to us as the Constitution and the Bill-of-Rights are to the United States of America. As such we protect not only the original charter itself, but the very tenets put forth in that charter. At a recent C.A.D.A. board meeting, it was decreed by the members that we should mkake our corporate chart available for viewing, in much the same way we do with U.S. government documents. To this end, this web-section will accomplish two things: Make the Articles of Incorporation available as readable text, to facilitate easy understanding of our Purpose and Goals.
