Bylaws of the Corporation In conjunction with the Articles of Incorporation, our carefully drafted corporate bylaws complete the structure known as The California Association of Dianetic Auditors (C.A.D.A.). While the Articles of Incorporation make-up the foundation blocks of the organization, the bylaws provide the structure out of which we are able to operate on a day-to-day and project-to-project basis. For reasons of security, the C.A.D.A. board of directors has a motion before it concerning when and how we shall make the bylaws available for inspection on the Internet. Any input you may have on this will be most greatly appreciated.
